With daylight saving ending it was anyones guess how many cars would cruise in for the April gathering of Victorian car enthusiasts at the Penninsula Cruise Night held at the Peninsula Homemaker Centre in Mornington.
With the sun setting around 6pm Lady luck shined on us and we enjoyed one of the nicest evenings we’ve had in many months. No breeze, a warm setting sun and lights in the car park adjusted for the clock change gave us perfect conditions to cruise. You only had to wander around the 150+ cars to see all the roadsters & convertibles going topless that confirmed it.
